Delivery Information

We only have one delivery service and that is our Premium Delivery Service! Our experienced and helpful delivery team know all about getting your furniture neatly and efficiently into your home. Nearly all of our furniture is traditionally made and comes fully assembled. Some items like tables and wardrobes are delivered in sections for easy access which are then assembled in your room of choice. The only items we do not assemble free are the easiest – beds - however we can assemble your bed for just £15 – do let us know if this is required when you order.

When delivery is arranged we will give you the day of the week and aim to give you a AM or PM slot. Our drivers are also able to phone ahead - usually ½ and hour before delivery – to let you know they are on their way. Please ask for this service when ordering.

Our drivers, unlike many national companies, will un-pack and place the furniture where you require it, and also take away any unwanted packaging.

Very rarely the drivers will not be able to deliver to a room that they feel would put themselves, your furniture or your property at risk.

Charges

We deliver FREE for Furniture Orders over £100 and within 60 miles of our shop. For orders under £100 within 10 miles of Swindon, delivery is just £10.

For all other deliveries we will quote at cost – please just talk to our staff.

Collections

To avoid a delivery charge you can collect from Willoby’s shop or Warehouse at Ashton Keynes, however all collections from the Warehouse must be pre-booked. We can also usually get furniture to the shop far quicker than delivering to a house. Useful if you just can’t wait!
