How to Order

Ordering is easy – just come into Willoby’s!

One of the benefits of having such a wide range of furniture is that you can actually touch and feel most of what we sell. This gives you great reassurance of quality and value for money, which is why we always suggest you order your furniture at our store. You also then get to actually speak to our staff who really know what they are talking about and can help you with any questions.

Order Over the Phone

If you have seen something you like on our website or have previously been in our shop and would like to order over the phone, then please just give us a ring and we will be able to advise you on stock levels and delivery times. If you order and pay for furniture over the phone, then we will need to deliver to the address that matches the cardholder.

Deposit

We ask for a deposit on all orders of around 25%. The remaining balance can then be paid prior to delivery. This can either be done at the shop or over the phone when the delivery is booked in. We cannot accept payment with the delivery team.
