  • FREE – within 20 miles of our Swindon store when you spend over £100.
  • £10 – within 20 miles of our Swindon store when you spend less than £100.
  • For all other deliveries, we will quote at cost – please pop into our shop to speak to a member of staff or call us on 01793 693696 or 01285 869153.

If your items are in stock then we will contact you very shortly to arrange a delivery day. We can usually deliver in stock items within 5-10 working days. Sometimes even the next day if we are in your area.

Given are large selection of products we sometimes have to order your items in – lead times vary from range to range however 4-6 weeks is usually average.

*COVID UPDATE – lead times have increases due to higher demand and shorter supply – please call or email if you need further information. We have large stocks and hold many of our most popular items in stock.

You will get an email confirmation straight away with a summary of your order. We will then call you to either arrange a delivery or give you an up to date lead time on any items that need to be ordered in.

As soon as your items arrive at our warehouse we will then call you to arrange a delivery date.

We usually only send out order confirmations. If you need an Invoice with VAT breakdown we can do that usually the month after you have your goods delivered.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

For online orders payment is usually taken straight away. In some cases it can take up to 5 working days.

You will have an option to pay either a deposit or the full amount during checkout.

In the unlikely event of you having a problem with your furniture then please let us know as soon as possible – ideally when our delivery drivers are still with you so that they can provide advice/repairs and speak directly to the shop.

Alternatively please ring our shop with your order number and we will arrange an inspection and/or an exchange as soon as possible.

If your items haven’t yet been dispatched then you are able to change or cancel your order.

If you would like to change or cancel your order after we have delivered then there may be a collection charge – unless the items are faulty. We want you to be happy with your furniture so please just call us to discuss any swaps or changes.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for personalised or made to measure/bespoke pieces of furniture unless they have a manufacturing fault.

Yes – you will have an option to pay a 25% deposit or the full amount during checkout.

When your items are in stock and we have a delivery date for you we will ask for the remaining balance. This can be paid in our shop or over the phone when we arrange delivery.
