How to Order

So, you’ve had a browse around the shop (or website), pretended to be a Jedi with the tape measure, tested all the drawers and doors and then, thumbs-up, you find what you’ve been looking for.

Some of our ranges are made to order, however, we also have an extensive number of items in stock at our local warehouse.

Order in store:

Simply head to the front desk and one of our members of staff will assist you. At this point, they will be able to let you know what is readily available from our warehouse and what will need to be ordered in. For further information please visit our delivery information page.

Next, they will whip out an order form to write down what you would like. We will need details such as a phone number, address etc ready for our delivery drivers.

Finally, we will require either a 25% deposit or full payment to secure the order. We accept both cash and card payments. You will be given a copy of the order form – this will have your order number on it…please keep this safe!

Order over the phone:

Call us at the shop and we can write down your order over the phone. Again, we will require a 25% deposit or full payment. All card details are securely and safely entered. Your copy of the order form will be promptly posted or emailed to you.

If you choose to pay a 25% deposit please be sure to pay the final balance before delivery day. This can be completed either in store or over the phone, the delivery team are unable to take any payment (unless it’s chocolate or biscuits).
